About The Furniture Leadership Awards
Furniture Leadership Awards (FLA) is a highly prestigious award program dedicated to honouring excellence in the global furniture trade and industry.

From a small national event first organised in the year 2008, the program has gained support and recognition worldwide. The program now awards outstanding furniture companies and individuals from around the world. In addition to honouring the best in the business, the FLA program promotes best practices. It emphasizes the importance of professional management, adopting proper systems, processes and the use of right tools in the furniture business. Leaders and enterprises are urged to review and better their strategies and planning, management processes and operational standards. Award winners become effective role models.

Overall, the programme also aims to promote international trade by publicizing the best furniture companies and creating a platform for the purpose of building contacts and business networking.
