Wissmann Holdings is advancing its strategic expansion plan and has signed an agreement this week with the construction contractor for the new industrial complex at Bar-Lev Industrial Park. The signing follows the successful completion of the land development phase, which began several months ago following the site acquisition. The project, with a total investment of approximately NIS 30 million, will span 6 dunams (6,000 sqm) and will be added to the existing complex covering approximately 12,000 sqm.
Advanced Industrial Innovation
The new complex will integrate state-of-the-art infrastructure for assembly, finishing, and packaging, alongside smart industrial systems designed to optimize the production and supply chain. The strategic location, adjacent to the existing complex, will enable full integration and maximum operational efficiency.
The investment will strengthen the growth engines of the group’s leading brands: “Shomrat Hazore’a”, “Milega”, “Ein Harod Furniture”, “Ital Design” and “Shomrat Hazore’a Projects”.
Strengthening Northern Israel and Employment
The project will lead to the recruitment of dozens of additional employees in the northern region and will reinforce Wissmann Holdings’ position as a leader in Israeli industry, while focusing on innovation, quality and customer service.
Transition to Construction Phase
Following the completion of land development works that began several months ago, the actual construction of the buildings now commences. The selected contractor, A.D.R.G. Construction Ltd., is an experienced partner in complex industrial projects, chosen through a thorough competitive process. Project completion is expected by the end of 2026.
The signing ceremony of the construction agreement at Wissmann Holdings’ offices was attended by: Mr. Nachum Wissmann, Chairman of the Holdings (right), Mr. Arie Wissmann, CEO of the Holdings (left), and Mr. Dror Sarusi, CEO of A.D.R.G. Construction Ltd. (standing). The ceremony took place in the company’s main conference room, against the backdrop of portraits of the company’s founders, marking the official transition to the actual construction phase.
