Mlily USA expands online portal to help drive retail traffic

Looking to help its retail partners better promote the bedding category and drive more store traffic, Mlily USA has expanded its online partner portal with additional content and enhanced tools that include new videos, point-of-purchase materials, social media calendars and more.

Mlily University, the portal, features a library of products, videos, training materials and marketing assets that its retail partners can use to enhance their websites, train RSAs and order product around the clock. In addition to sales and marketing resources, Mlily U offers retail partners access to the company’s full-service customer support team.

The most recent update to the portal includes a combination of content and tools the enhance retailers’ omnichannel marketing strategy. Highlights include comprehensive guides to the ChiroPro and Value Hybrid collections introduced this summer. In addition, the company has produced a new video showcasing its partnership with the International Chiropractors Assn.

The portal also features the latest catalogs for the Essential Plus lineup and other Mlily branded products, consumer-facing blogs, a 3D tour of the company’s Las Vegas Market showroom and access to the company’s media coverage.

“We understand the current retail environment requires more aggressive promotion to drive traffic and sales, so we are providing as much fresh content and interesting assets as possible to the portal regularly to meet those needs,” said Ryan Farber, vice president of marketing for Mlily. “The more retailers use these free tools and resources, the better results they can achieve. It also enables Mlily to enhance the program with more partner use and feedback.”
